2. Our "A-to-Z" Programme

We do not just sell panels; we manage the programme. Here is how we deliver a seamless experience:

1. Consultation & Desktop Survey: We analyse your energy usage and conduct a satellite-based survey to determine roof viability.
2. Design & Proposal: Our engineers draft a custom system layout, calculating your projected generation and financial returns (inclusive of Smart Export Guarantee estimates).
3. DNO Permissions (G98/G99): We handle the critical application to your Distribution Network Operator (DNO). Whether it is a simple "Connect & Notify" or a full G99 application, we manage the grid compliance paperwork.
4. Procurement & Team Assignment: Once approved, we source Tier 1 MCS-accredited equipment and assign a verified partner team specific to your region.
5. Installation: Your assigned team fits the mounting rails, panels, and inverters, typically completing residential works in 1–2 days.
6. Handover & Certification: We configure your monitoring app, issue your MCS Certificate, and assist you in applying for an export tariff.

3. Installation Timeline

Transparency is key. While the physical work is fast, grid approvals can vary.

• Weeks 1–2: Design, Proposal, and Deposit.
• Weeks 3–10 (Grid Permissions):
  System < 3.68kW: Instant processing.
  System > 3.68kW: 8–12 weeks for DNO approval.
• Week 11: Equipment Delivery & Scaffolding Erection.
• Week 12: Physical Installation (1–2 days for residential).
• Post-Installation: MCS Certificate issuance and Export Tariff setup.

4. Maintenance & Support

Your relationship with Universal Solar Projects continues after the installation. We offer comprehensive aftercare:

• Real-Time Monitoring: 24/7 access to your generation data via our app.
• Bird Protection: Installation of bird guards to prevent nesting under panels.
• Annual Health Checks: Electrical testing and inverter firmware updates.
